Both restaurants introduce unique dishes from the freshest cuts of USAD and Wagyu beef such as shoulder loin, tenderloin, sirloin and ribs.

Meanwhile, at the classic Italian restaurant R&J, diners will have the opportunity to enjoy quintessential beef dishes such as Cannelloni rolls filled with New Zealand beef shank and turmeric sauce, or Ossobuco dish consisting of Australian beef shank stewed with saffron rice.

Premium beef dishes will be served with prices ranging from 268,000 VND to 968,000 VND.
